Heritage Statements

Archaeological and Heritage Desk Based Assessments
You may be required to include an Archaeological or Heritage Desk Based Assessment as an essential part of your planning documents.

Written Schemes of Investigation (WSIs)
You may be required to submit a WSI (i.e. archaeological project design document), either to support your planning application or to discharge a planning condition.
We will liaise with the Local Planning Authority’s Archaeologist on your behalf to define the scope of any required archaeological works, and will prepare the WSI accordingly.
